Member Highlights
Rotarian Ahmed Habib is a seasoned and bilingual (French Option) Senior People & Culture Enabler (Human Resources) with 14+ years of practice across multiple industries (Hospitality, Marketing Communications, Power/Energy, Oil & Gas and Consulting) and is currently the Managing Consultant for iExcel Boulevard, an HR and General People Business Advisory Consultancy based in Accra.
His foray into Rotary International began in May 20211 during his days as a National Service Personnel with the Rotaract Club of Accra Ring-Road Central, where he occupied positions such as Secretary, Vice-President and eventually President. Within that same space at the District Level, he was the Deputy PR Director for then-District 9102 (made up of Ghana, Togo, Benin and Niger).
In May 2018, after a seven-year stint as a Rotaractor, he was accepted into membership with the Rotary E-Club of One World (District 5240) and was elected the Youth Service Director, where he served until joining the Rotary Club of Accra-North as a member in May 2022 – He has served as a two-time Club Secretary and presently is the President for the 2026-27 Rotary year in District 9104, Zone 22, Region 27.

The late Rotarian Kwabena Ohene Manu was the club’s charter president when the club was chartered in 1987 and remained so until his untimely demise in 2023.
An accomplished pharmacist, He was the founder and CEO of Oyster Chemist Limited, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry.
As an active member of the club, he led the club to become a very dynamic and vibrant rotary club. He was a past assistant governor(PAG) and also served for a long time as a member of the National Polio Eradication Committee.
He was a walking ensyclopedia of rotary with such rich knowledge and had interesting perspectives on various issues concerning rotary.
